WHO RUNS REVERSEPANDA

ReversePanda is independently developed and operated by Janick Rüegg. In these Terms, “ReversePanda”, “I” and “me” refer to Janick Rüegg as the operator of the app and the website.

ABOUT REVERSEPANDA

ReversePanda is an Android launcher. It lets you customize areas of your device such as:

• Home screen
• Dock
• App drawer
• Folders
• Themes
• Icons
• Gestures
• Related launcher functionality

ReversePanda can be used free of charge. Some features may be offered as part of ReversePanda Pro.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use ReversePanda for lawful, personal use. You must not intentionally:

• Abuse the website or the app
• Interfere with their operation
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures
• Abuse the feedback or contact systems, for example with spam or automated submissions
• Violate applicable law or the rights of third parties

REVERSEPANDA PRO

ReversePanda Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase.

• It is not a subscription.
• It does not renew automatically.
• A successful purchase unlocks the applicable Pro entitlement.

ReversePanda is actively developed. The features included in the free version and in ReversePanda Pro may evolve over time.

PURCHASES

ReversePanda Pro purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. ReversePanda does not directly collect or store payment-card details.

The applicable price is shown through Google Play before you complete the purchase. Google Play’s terms and applicable law may also apply to your purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by:

• The ReversePanda Refund Policy
• The applicable Google Play refund procedures
• Mandatory consumer law

Within 48 hours of purchase, please generally use the refund options provided by Google Play. After 48 hours, you can contact support@reverse-panda.ch. Refunds are not automatic. Details are described in the Refund Policy.

BETA AND PREVIEW VERSIONS

ReversePanda may be offered as a beta or preview version. Such versions may:

• Contain bugs
• Include incomplete features
• Change before a final release
• Remove or modify functionality

Features available in a beta or preview version are not guaranteed to remain available.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

ReversePanda is actively developed. Features, layouts, settings and other functionality may be added, changed or removed over time.

Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, and neither can compatibility with every:

• Android device
• Android version
• Manufacturer customization
• Widget
• Icon pack
• Third-party app

BACKUPS

ReversePanda may provide local backup and restore features. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important to you. Recovery of lost local settings or layouts cannot be guaranteed.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

ReversePanda may interact with apps, widgets, icon packs, wallpapers and other third-party content. Such content remains subject to its own terms, licences and privacy practices.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

OPEN SOURCE AND LICENCES

ReversePanda uses open-source software and other third-party components. These are listed with their licences under Sources & Licences.

FEEDBACK

You may voluntarily submit feedback, bug reports and feature requests. You keep ownership of the original content you submit.

By submitting feedback, you allow ReversePanda to use the ideas, suggestions and technical information it contains to improve, develop and operate ReversePanda. This does not extend to unrelated personal content. Submitting feedback does not create a promise of implementation or a right to compensation.

COMMUNITY LAYOUT SUBMISSIONS

In the future, ReversePanda may allow you to submit screenshots or layouts for possible publication on the website, on social media or on other ReversePanda channels.

Submitting a layout alone does not grant unlimited publication rights. Public use requires an appropriate submission process or your permission. Only submit content you have the right to share.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the ReversePanda name, the original website design, original graphics, written content and original app materials are owned by Janick Rüegg.

ReversePanda does not claim ownership of:

• Third-party apps
• Trademarks
• Icon packs
• Wallpapers
• Open-source projects
• Other third-party materials

DISCLAIMER

ReversePanda is developed with care. Like all software, it may contain bugs, and its behaviour may depend on your device, your Android version and other software installed on it. Uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract.

LIABILITY

Liability is governed by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, ReversePanda is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by:

• Temporary unavailability of the app or the website
• Incompatible third-party software
• Your own configuration of the app or your device

Liability is not excluded where such an exclusion is not permitted by law.

PRIVACY

How personal data is handled in the app and on the website is described in the Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated when ReversePanda changes, or when legal or operational requirements change. The current version and its date will remain available on this website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. If you use ReversePanda as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live remain unaffected.
