POLICY

A ONE-TIME PURCHASE

ReversePanda Pro is a one-time purchase.

• It is not a subscription.
• It does not renew automatically.
• Purchases are processed through Google Play.

WITHIN 48 HOURS

If you would like to request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, please use the refund options provided by Google Play.

Eligibility and processing are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.

AFTER 48 HOURS

After 48 hours, you can contact support@reverse-panda.ch. Please include your Google Play order number where possible.

Do not send payment-card information.

Requests are reviewed individually.

WHEN A REFUND MAY BE APPROPRIATE

A refund may be appropriate, for example, if:

• ReversePanda Pro was purchased but the Pro entitlement was not delivered
• A confirmed technical problem prevents the purchased Pro functionality from being used and cannot reasonably be resolved
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• Applicable law requires a refund

These are examples, not an exhaustive list or a guarantee.

WHEN A REFUND IS GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED

A refund will generally not be provided solely because:

• You changed your mind after using Pro features
• You expected functionality that was not advertised or included at the time of purchase
• A third-party app, icon pack, widget or other external component does not work as expected
• A feature was clearly identified as beta, experimental or subject to change

These examples do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

AFTER A REFUND

If a ReversePanda Pro purchase is refunded or otherwise reversed, the associated Pro entitlement may be removed.

UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

If you suspect an unauthorized Google Play purchase, please generally use Google’s reporting and refund procedures. ReversePanda will never ask you for payment-card details or other sensitive payment information.
