DELETION.

NO ACCOUNT TO DELETE.

ReversePanda Launcher does not require a user account. Most launcher data stays on your Android device and is not stored in a ReversePanda account or database.

You may, however, choose to send personal information to ReversePanda, for example through feedback from the app or the website’s Contact page. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of that information at any time.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION.

To request deletion of personal data you have submitted to ReversePanda, send an email to support@reverse-panda.ch.

Please include enough information to identify the relevant submission, for example:

• The approximate date of the submission
• The type of submission: feedback, bug report, feature request or website contact
• The reply email address you used, if you provided one
• Anything else that helps identify the submission

Do not send passwords, payment or purchase details, device identifiers or other sensitive information. They are not needed for a deletion request.

Requests are handled manually. If the information is not enough to identify the submission, you may be asked for more details.

WHAT CAN BE DELETED.

A deletion request can cover personal information you have previously submitted to ReversePanda, to the extent it is still held, such as:

• Feedback messages
• Bug reports
• Feature requests
• Optional reply email addresses
• Optional names submitted through the website’s Contact page
• Optional screenshots submitted with bug reports
• Related support correspondence

Not all of this is kept for long. ReversePanda does not keep a dedicated feedback database. Submissions are delivered by email to the support mailbox and kept there for as long as needed to handle your request.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE.

Normal launcher data is processed locally on your device and is not stored by ReversePanda in an online account:

• Installed apps
• Launcher layouts
• Searches
• Folders
• Wallpapers
• Launcher settings
• Local backups
• Gestures and shortcut assignments
• App usage information used for local launcher features

You control this data on your own device, so ReversePanda cannot delete it remotely. You can remove it by clearing ReversePanda’s app data in Android settings, uninstalling the app, or deleting any backups you exported yourself.

ANALYTICS & CRASH REPORTS.

ReversePanda Launcher can optionally use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Both are disabled by default and each needs its own opt-in in the app. You can turn either one off again at any time in Feedback & Support → Privacy & Analytics.

Turning an option off stops further collection through it. It does not by itself delete data that was already processed. If you have questions about this, write to support@reverse-panda.ch.

SCREENSHOTS.

• Screenshots are optional
• They are uploaded only when you select one for a bug report
• They are temporarily stored in Firebase Cloud Storage
• The backend attempts to delete the screenshot after processing
• Abandoned temporary uploads are removed by a scheduled cleanup after about 24 hours

A screenshot that was forwarded with a bug-report email is part of that email in the support mailbox and can be included in a deletion request.

RETENTION.

Deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Personal information may be retained where this is required or permitted by applicable law, for example to meet legal obligations, for security, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to handle disputes. Otherwise, feedback and support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request.
